- Click on a class that best works with your schedule
- Enter in the promo code that you received.
- Complete the form using your PLCMMC email
- Review the confirmation email and attached study guide
In the comments section, please include your status (Full time, Part time, Per Diem, Traveler) and department name.
** Note: Providence reimburses class tuition for .3 FTE if ACLS/PALS if a mandatory requirement of your position **
